科学研究
◆从事金属材料的研究,主持甘肃省自然科学基金(1212 RJYA004):稀土(Eu、Yb)掺
杂β-Si3N4电子结构和光学性能的第一性原理研究。本项目利用第一性原理研究了Eu和Yb掺杂β-Si3N4的电子结构和光学性能,随掺杂浓度的提高,能带密度逐渐增加,带隙逐渐减少,接近半导体带隙特征;随着掺杂浓度的提高,Eu和Yb成键的共价性逐渐降低,离子性逐渐升高,并通过布居值得到验证;掺杂体系在低能区的介电常数和损耗较小,其作为电介质材料在光电器件应用中可体现较长的使用寿命,表明其作为光学元件具有潜在的应用前景。
